Since 1991, the Israel Guide Dog Center has bred and trained dogs that change Israeli lives. Our dogs safely guide the blind, comfort and support those suffering from PTSD, and provide companionship to children with Autism. All of our dogs give unconditional love and enhance the lives of everyone they touch. This is made possible almost entirely by generous donors from around the world.

  • Reduced inequalities

    The Israel Guide Dog Center breeds, trains and provides guide dogs for the blind and PTSD service dogs for those with psychological trauma. Guide dogs provide safe mobility and independence for the blind, allowing them to be active and productive citizens in their communities. PTSD service dogs reduce anxiety and stress, and provide safety for those suffering from psychological trauma. As a result, traumatized partners can carry on with the responsibilities and pleasures of daily life.
