National Service Dogs (NSD) is proud to be one of Canada's few nationally accredited service dog organizations, placing highly skilled Autism and PTSD Service Dogs with clients from coast to coast. Our national reach ensures that more Canadians can access the life-changing independence, safety, and confidence a service dog provides. Our commitment doesn't end when a dog is placed. 

NSD retains ownership of every working service dog and remains responsible for each dog's health, welfare, and ongoing success throughout its working life. We provide in-person follow-up visits, recertification assessments, and continued support to every client and dog team—wherever they live in Canada. Delivering this hands-on, lifelong support requires extensive travel and significant resources.
