Celiac Canada volunteers and representatives are travelling to Parliament Hill to bring awareness to issues facing people with celiac disease. On May 5, 2026, a gluten-free breakfast reception will feature patient impact stories to bring to life issues such as shortening diagnosis wait times, bringing tax faireness to medical expense claims, improving affordability and improving access to safe gluten-free food. Food is our medicine.
