The On the Tip of the Toes expends its activities

After a few pilot projects during the pandemic, 2023 announces a new expansion in the programs of the On the Tip of the Toes foundation. Indeed, the organization will offer in May its first official program for youth aged 30-39 years old, thus covering the whole “adolescents and young adults” group with its services.

A first project will be launched in Quebec for young adults undergoing treatments, based on the Getaway Expeditions model. In 2024, a new program will be developed for youth in remission, thus bringing the foundation up to six expedition projects a year.

As usual, four other programs will be offered in 2023. Our Winter 2023 Grand Expedition will allow 14 young adults 19-29 years old to discover the wild territory of the Seigneurie du Triton in Mauricie, Quebec. Snowshoeing and winter camping is on the schedule. In the summer, 14 teenagers will have the chance to paddle down the Spanish River, Ontario, for nine days. Finally, our fall program will offer 20 youth aged 14-29 years old the opportunity to connect in the beautiful environment of the Poisson Blanc reservoir, Quebec.

To infinity, and beyond!
