The search for our 36th cohort of Loran Scholars is currently underway and we could not fulfill our mission to identify and invest in youth who demonstrate strength of character, a deep commitment to service, and intrinsic leadership potential without the generosity of the philanthropic community.

In February 2025, we will bring together 90 Finalists, identified as the leading candidates through Loran’s intensive application and interview process, from across the country to participate in final interviews at Loran’s Annual National Selections for a chance to be named one of 36 Loran Scholars in the class of 2025—and we need your help to turn this opportunity into reality!

This year’s goal is to raise 1,000,000 Aeroplan points, all in support of bringing these promising young people together and Aeroplan has agreed to match up to 500,000 donated points.

Interviews take place in Toronto from Feb. 20-23, 2025. The weekend will be packed with insightful conversations and leadership development.

National Selections is not only an opportunity to interview to become a Loran Scholar—it's a transformative experience for candidates, fostering personal growth, self-discovery, and lifelong connections with community-minded youth from across the country. Candidates also benefit from the Finalists Forum, where they participate in leadership training on essential topics like University 101 and Personal Finance and interact with in-stream Loran Scholars.
